Terms and Conditions – jeua2 Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the player," "you") and jeua2 ("the platform," "we," "us") governing your use of the jeua2 website, mobile app and all services provided through them.

jeua2 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard security measure and players are encouraged to cooperate promptly to avoid delays.

jeua2 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard Pakistani bank transfer. Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

Withdrawals:

jeua2 offers promotions including deposit bonuses, free bets, odds boosts and accumulator incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. jeua2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and qualifying bets are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting wagering conditions.

• jeua2 reserves the right to void a bet in cases of obvious errors in odds, technical faults, or where the event is cancelled or significantly altered (e.g., a cricket match abandoned due to weather before the minimum required overs are bowled).
• In the event of a pricing error where clearly incorrect odds have been published, jeua2 may void affected bets or offer settlement at the corrected odds. Players will be informed of such situations.
• Live betting markets on jeua2 are available during active events including PSL matches, T20 internationals and football fixtures. In-play odds change continuously and reflect current match conditions. Once a bet is accepted at the stated odds, those odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market and event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• jeua2 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at its discretion, including where patterns of play suggest exploitation of pricing inefficiencies.

For casino games and fish games, results are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live games, by live dealer processes. jeua2 does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical results do not influence future outcomes in any game category.

jeua2 is a personal entertainment platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or any part of the jeua2 system without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots or other software tools to interact with the platform in ways not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting in coordination with others, or any form of collusion intended to extract unfair value from the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using jeua2 for money laundering.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors may be voided.
• Behaving abusively or threateningly toward jeua2 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

jeua2 monitors platform usage for patterns that suggest violation of these conditions. Where a breach is identified, jeua2 will take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture where permitted, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

jeua2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated these Terms in any material way.
• The account was opened using false or misleading information.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users or third parties.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification. If the account is cleared of wrongdoing, access will be restored and any valid balance returned.

Players may also request the closure of their own account voluntarily at any time — including as a self-exclusion measure under responsible gaming. Requests should be directed to jeua2 support. Any real-money balance will be returned after identity verification is completed, subject to no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
